Campaign Start Dates
Please refer to the APN Outdoor Media Booking Calendar for details of start dates. Posting commences  three days prior to the contracted start date and  should be completed within a five-day period (subject to on time material delivery and operational terms).

Campaign Length
Minimum campaign duration is 4 weeks. Campaign durations can then be increased in 2 week increments  subject to approval from APN Outdoor.

Wrapped vehicles - minimum campaign duration is 12 weeks. 

Installation & Production 
All media rates exclude installation and production costs.  For further details or to obtain a quote, please contact your APN Outdoor Sales Executive.

Display Approval
All  creative must be  approved by APN Outdoor prior to commencement of printing. Upon approval, APN Outdoor will issue a barcode to be printed with the creative.

Artwork & Material Instruction Deadlines
For campaigns including print production your  finished artwork is required at our preferred printer 3 weeks prior to start date.
Wrapped vehicles - finished artwork is required 4 weeks prior to start date.
Station sponsorships - finished artwork is required 4 weeks prior to start date. Written material instructions are required to APN Outdoor for all campaigns 3 weeks prior to the start date.

Substrates
Buses & Trams. APN Outdoor uses a  specific range of approved substrates including removable self-adhesive vinyl, synthetic plastic paper and clear focus perforated vinyl.
Rail. All poster skins are to be digitally printed on 450gsm frontlit flex vinyl and finished with 6mm kedar rope.
All paper posters are to be printed on 120gsm Marchi blue backed paper.

Material Deadlines
Finished material is required at our warehouses located in each state 7 days prior to start date. Late delivery of material may incur additional installation costs.
